Alicia Keys & “Stick Fly” cast on Good Morning America

Host Robin Roberts visited Alicia Keys and the cast at the Cort Theatre to talk about their new Broadway play “Stick Fly” that opened last week.

i Heart Radio Music Festival Coverage

Alicia Keys followed Coldplay, and the new mom looked and sounded gorgeous! Alicia Keys offered a teaser of her new album during her set at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Friday night. The Grammy-winning songbird, dressed head to toe in black, debuted the uplifting piano-driven number “A Place of My Own” before the sold-out crowd at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. She also played “Empire State of Mind Part II” at the piano, which had the crowd hopeful that Jay-Z would join her. But Alicia ended her set with no Hov cameo, only to return to perform “Empire State of Mind” with him. New York, meet Las Vegas!

Jay-Z closed the show with what could easily be called ‘The Best of Jay-Z’ – and the crowd was on it’s feet for the entire set. He brought down the house with an incredible high-energy medley, from ’99 Problems’ to ‘Encore,’ with Memphis Bleek joining him on stage.

Shakira and Alicia wow in NBA show

Shakira, Alicia Keys and Usher put on a show to remember at an NBA All-Star basketball game. The chart-topping trio entertained over 108,000 people – the highest attendee count at a basketball game – at the halftime show at Dallas’ Cowboys Stadium, but it was apparently Alicia and Shakira who stole the show.

Alicia gave it her all, taking to the piano and singing a three-song medley in a ten-minute performance, including Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart, Empire State Of Mind and No One. You can watch her performance here.
